AssureCare, a Cincinnati-based healthcare technology company, and Centerprise have entered into a strategic partnership to provide targeted care management solutions to Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC).
Their collaborative solution MedCompass will allow care coordinators, case managers, providers, and administrators to manage their patients' chronic diseases, reduce patient costs and enhance satisfaction.
Centerprise works nationally with FQHCs, and offers revenue cycle management, insurance billing, professional and consulting services, and population health strategy.
