AMN Healthcare, a provider of healthcare workforce solutions has been declared the 2016 winner for Exemplary Compensation Discussion and Analysis (CD&A) in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance Leadership Awards by New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) Governance Services.
According to NYSE Governance Services, AMN Healthcare won the award for transparent and detailed disclosure of leadership compensation decision-making that shows clearly how executive compensation is linked to company performance.
The annual awards recognizes companies in the areas of governance and compliance, emphasizing the role that corporate governance plays in a company's success and a board's contribution to long-term value.
