CareRise, a specialty risk management company in the post-acute care healthcare sector, has appointed Terry Sullivan, MD, as its chief medical officer.
Sullivan has over 30 years of experience in healthcare and has served as strategic medical director for one of the country's largest skilled nursing facility chains. He has also held key leadership roles in several Medicare Advantage plans and has worked extensively in the fields of liability insurance, clinical software technology, and global healthcare manufacturing.
Sullivan served as chairman of the Colorado Board of Health and has extensive experience in public health and the post-acute care industry.
