Crouse Health’s board of directors has approved a clinical affiliation agreement with Northwell Health, which will enable both health systems to develop new programs and services for Central New Yorkers.
As part of this partnership, Northwell seek to establish a presence in upstate New York and identify opportunities to fill the critical health needs of the 15-county area area served by Crouse.
Crouse will continue to operate as an independent, separately licensed community hospital and maintain its existing board governance structure.
