Independent non-profit ECRI Institute has appointed James Keller as vice president of international market development.

Keller has led the ECRI Institute’s medical device laboratory evaluation program for nearly 20 years.

His appointment will lead the integration of enterprise resources and activities from ECRI Institute’s headquarters in Plymouth Meeting, PA, with its international operations.

According to the Institute, Keller will “support and collaborate on worldwide business development, public service initiatives, and public speaking engagements, coordinate visits of international dignitaries to ECRI’s headquarters, as well as lead efforts to harmonize global products”.

“The international healthcare marketplace is evolving rapidly,” said Keller. “My new role will improve ECRI’s escalating global business and improve patient safety worldwide. It’s a very exciting opportunity.”
