Hartford HealthCare and GoHealth launch first Connecticut urgent care center

Hartford HealthCare and GoHealth Urgent Care, a joint venture created to make patient-focused and high quality urgent care more accessible, has opened of its first Connecticut center.

"Since we announced our partnership with Hartford HealthCare in late January, we have been looking forward to opening our first urgent care center in Avon," Todd Latz, CEO of GoHealth Urgent Care, commented. "Our access-minded, patient-first approach to urgent care, combined with Hartford HealthCare's long history of high-quality care will provide residents of the Avon community with the kind of urgent care they deserve and can be proud of."

Hartford HealthCare and GoHealth Urgent Care have plans of opening about 15 centers within the next 18 months across Connecticut.
