Melinda Malecki has joined Cook County business law firm Momkus McCluskey as a partner.
Malecki will practice healthcare law, risk management and corporate and regulatory compliance with a special focus on providing services to community hospitals and federally qualified healthcare centers (FQHCs).
Malecki counsels hospitals and healthcare providers concerning litigation, transactional, business development, and administrative and corporate formation matters. She has been counsel to a variety of community hospitals, particularly "safety net" hospitals, throughout her career.

Malecki is a frequent presenter on topics including risk management for community health centers, managing a potentially compensable event, and negotiating lucrative yet legally sound contracts. She is published in the Journal of the Illinois Bar Association and featured in Business Insurance.
