Insurtech startup Clover Health partners with HealthHelp

Clover Health, a San Francisco-based health care technology company backed by Alphabet, has partnered with collaborative care management company HealthHelp, a part of WNS Holdings.

Clover is a health insurance startup using data science for preventive health care. The company secured $130 million investment at $1.2 billion valuation from Alphabet's venture arm GV and other investors in 2017. The company currently serves more than 30,000 seniors and others eligible for Medicare in parts of Georgia, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Texas.

WNS-HealthHelp has a consultative process that uses evidence-based guidelines to directly help providers facilitate the most appropriate tests and procedures for their patients, while generating significant savings and return on investment for health care payers.

Through the partnership, the companies aim to deliver personalized care that is fully aligned with individual member needs across radiology, cardiology, oncology, musculoskeletal, and sleep care. Also included is an Integrative Oncology program that creates a continual pathway for managing cancer. This unites multiple aspects of cancer care, including screening, risk modeling, imaging & staging, biopsies and interventions, prognostic indicators, and treatments including chemotherapy, radiation therapy, supportive therapy, oncology surgeries.
