Louisiana-based LHA Trust Funds has promoted Barbara Voinche to senior patient safety consultant.
Voinche has been with LHA Trust Funds since 2008, having most recently served as senior risk consultant.
She has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, including nursing administration, compliance, risk management, quality and performance improvement and joint commission on accreditation of health care organizations.
Voinche is also an active member of the Association of Professionals in Infection Control (APIC) and the American Society of Healthcare Risk Management (ASHRM).
“I’m looking forward to growing our patient safety services for our members,” Voinche said. “Our team of patient safety consultants is in the process of developing a new menu of risk consulting and patient safety services that I cannot wait to share with our members.”
