LifeCare Health Partners, a healthcare services provider, has appointed healthcare industry veterans Michael O'Boyle and Robert Fish to the corporation's board of directors.
O'Boyle joins the board with past experience as chief financial officer and chief operating officer of Cleveland Clinic, president of UnitedHealthcare's Provider Network division, and CEO of Parallon (HCA's business process outsourcing organization).
Fish's background includes roles as chairman, CEO or president at several healthcare companies including service as executive chairman of home infusion provider Coram and chairman and CEO of Genesis Health Ventures.
