Insurance broker Lockton has hired healthcare industry expert Rosanna Milley as employee benefits producer for its Kansas City operation.
Milley specializes in employee benefits for healthcare systems, hospitals, physician groups and higher education, and has vast experience in manufacturing, financial services and retail industries.
Just prior to joining Lockton, Milley worked at Huron Consulting Group with healthcare and higher education clients to improve their human resources performance. She collaborated with healthcare clients to help them be more cost effective and efficient. Previously, Milley also worked for Mercer Human Resources Consulting for 20 years.
"Clients will appreciate Rosanna's ability to understand where they are coming from since she herself started her career in human resources," said Joe Agnello, president of Lockton's Kansas City office. "Not only does she understand the technical, insurance side of employee benefits, but her experience in corporate human resources gives her an employer's perspective when solving complex human resources and risk challenges."
