Mercer appoints new principal

Mercer has appointed a new principal in its Health and Benefits business. Jack Noble recently joined the firm's Kansas City office, bringing more than 20 years of experience in health risk management and insurance sales and service leadership.

Prior to joining Mercer, he was strategic account executive and vice president of sales and marketing for Coventry Health Care. He also served as chief operating officer at Power Group Companies. Earlier in his career, Noble held roles of increasing responsibility at MetLife, CIGNA and Gallagher Benefits Services.

In his new role Noble will advise clients in Kansas City and throughout Missouri in all areas of health and group benefits, including design strategy, administration, financing, cost management, mergers and acquisitions, measurement and data analysis, claim reporting, and health plan networks evaluations. He reports to Alan Loretta, partner and St. Louis/Kansas City Office leader for Mercer's Health and Benefits business.

“We are very pleased to welcome Jack to Mercer as our clients continue to need guidance in navigating the increasingly complex healthcare benefits landscape,” said Loretta. “We will rely on his tremendous track record of success in helping organizations provide valued and cost effective benefit programs for their participants, as well as in generating strong business results and leadership around the many opportunities we have in the benefits and private exchange marketplace.”
