MTS Health Investors, the New York-based healthcare private equity firm, has completed a recapitalization of Trumpet Behavioral Health.
Trumpet is a provider of behavioural health services, specializing in the treatment of children, adolescents, and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities, using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Trumpet’s ABA therapy is delivered by therapists under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts. The company currently has over 950 team members, providing therapy in over 25 locations across 8 states.
MTS has partnered with Trumpet’s existing senior management team to recapitalize the business and to provide additional capital to support future growth. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
