PhyMed Healthcare Group, a physician-led and owned leader of anesthesia and pain management services, has appointed Jon Sundock as chief legal officer.
Sundock, who has 25 years’ experience in this field, will provide legal counsel to the organization, will also work with the executive team to execute PhyMed’s business development and mergers and acquisitions strategies, and will oversee compliance and risk management initiatives.
Most recently, Sundock served as General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Administrative Officer for Solantic Corporation, an urgent care provider based in Nashville. He was also Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary at Renal Advantage in Nashville, and held legal positions at Aveta Health, Gambro Healthcare, PhyCor Inc. and Waller, Landsen, Dorch & Davis.
