An enterprise content management (ECM) solution developed by Streamline Health Solutions, a provider of data-driven solutions to help healthcare providers reduce exposure to risk, enhance clinical, financial, and operational performance, has achieved a top ranking in a survey.
The company's Looking Glass ECM solution was ranked number 1 in the category of document improvement software in a recent survey conducted by Black Book Rankings.
Black Book Rankings surveyed over 2,600 hospital CFOs, CIOs, business office managers, technology and financial professionals about financial systems software and services solutions between January and June 2014.
The respondents hailed from 566 different hospital and inpatient organizations. The survey ranked healthcare IT and outsourced services vendors by customer satisfaction on 18 client experience-based key performance indicators (KPIs).
Streamline Health's Looking Glass enterprise content management solution ranked the highest in its category.
