Houston-based Western Litigation (WLI) is celebrating 20 years as a national litigation and risk management firm.

WLI President and CEO, Robert Blasio, credits the firm’s success to its collaborative approach in working with clients to mitigate losses and reduce risk.

“Our success is a direct reflection of our professionals’ passion and unwavering commitment to client service, which continuously allows us to deliver measurable bottom-line results, year over year.”

Over the last two decades, WLI has expanded exponentially in size and service areas in order to meet the needs of its growing client base.

Today, WLI operates from 13 offices nationwide and in Puerto Rico, providing a full complement of services to professional liability insurers, risk retention groups, client-owned captive insurers and organizations across many industries, including healthcare, law enforcement, insurance, technology, architecture and more. To date, Western Litigation has managed more than 200,000 claims; has a 98 per cent client retention rate and closed 82.08 per cent of claims without an indemnity payment.

Western Litigation is a division of Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services, an insurance brokerage and risk management services firm headquartered in Itasca, Illinois.
